What to expect before we share your request with an independent electrical contractor.
Is Home EV Install the electrical contractor?
No. Home EV Install is an installer-matching service. Electrical work, estimates and service agreements are provided by independent electrical contractors.
How does installer matching work?
You submit the ZIP code and project details. We review the request and may share it with an independent contractor serving the area. The provider then confirms availability and next steps.
What types of home chargers can I request?
Requests may include Tesla Wall Connector, ChargePoint Home Flex, Emporia and other compatible Level 2 home-charging equipment. You may also submit a qualifying 240V outlet request.
Who provides the estimate?
The independent electrical contractor provides its own evaluation, estimate, credentials, schedule and service terms. Home EV Install does not set the provider’s prices.
How do I verify a provider?
Ask for the business name, Texas Electrical Contractor License and insurance information, then verify the license before authorizing work.
Is coverage guaranteed?
No. Coverage depends on the ZIP code, project type and current independent-provider availability.
What happens to my contact information?
We use it to respond to your request and may share it with an independent contractor who may be able to serve you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
